Chartoy provides AI-powered tools to design, direct, and generate short-form social videos and digital avatars. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates real individuals without consent. You may not misuse generated avatars or likenesses to mislead, harass, or defraud. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, subject to your compliance with these terms. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs you provide.
Content produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and may not be accurate, original, or suitable for every purpose. Avatars and actors are synthetic and do not depict real people unless you supply such material. You are solely responsible for how you use generated output.
Paid features are billed as described at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Chartoy and protected by applicable laws. These terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chartoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for any lawful reason.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
